Well (late again) Titus is 1/2 a year old!!! Man, time has flown by so quickly. It is very typical of parent's to say, but so true. He is outgrowing the infant stages more and more each day.
Titus has brought so much joy into our lives. I honestly cannot look at him without smiling and thinking what a blessing he is (I know this may change once he becomes 2, then a teen, then out living on his own) but still my love for him is unlike any other love. It really helps me to better understand God's love for me as his child, yet just how big of a sacrifice it was for him to watch as his son died on the cross. His love is unlike any other, and I know that if my son were dying, I would defiantly call out to save him if I could. God has so much control and so much love for us, that he didn't call out... man, that is heart-wrenching to think about.
Well, during Titus' 5-6th month of life, he was in the good ole U.S. of A. for Christmas holiday's. Titus and I left Dec. 10th a week before Tim. During that week we stayed with my mom and he met A LOT of family!! Once Tim arrived we headed out and stayed with his parent's for the remainder of the vacation. It was a "Linn" Christmas year, so we had a lot of festivities to enjoy, and we did!!
During the month back home, Titus developed so much! When Tim got in town, the first thing he noticed about Titus (being away from him for 1 week) was his hair! Sounds funny, yes, but he really did grow a good amount of hair :). It is white blonde, so pictures don't do it justice... seems he's turning out to look more and more like his daddy.. bleach blond hair and blue eyes!-- oh man he's a heart breaker--When we first arrived Titus was able to sit independently for about one minute before falling over. By the time we left the States, he could sit for 3+ minutes. He was also rolling over independently (finally), could stand (with someone holding him at his hips obviously), and he was eating baby food! The list doesn't seem long, but these are some big milestones, which make our daily lives much different than before we left!
We arrived back to Korea Jan. 5th, with Micah in tow, which will all be told about in the next post! So come back :)
For now, 5-6 Month Pictures....
