So for all of you out there that LOVE peanut butter and chocolate, this is something you HAVE to try!
Tiger butter surrounded by fudge (pictured below)
Ingredients:
12 oz. Peanut Butter (your favorite, crunchy or non-crunchy)
1 lb. White Chocolate Chips
1 lb. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
What to do:
Melt the peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Set the Micorwave on medium low and put it in for about 2 minutes... stir... then put it back in for 2 more minutes (or however long until it seems to have melted together.
Line a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan with wax paper (this makes it much easier when trying to get it out of the pan later). Pour the peanut butter/white chocolate melted mixture.
Immediately melt the chocolate chips in the same bowl that you melted the peanut butter and white chocolate. * This will not take as long as the other mixture.
Once melted, use a spoon and make dots of semi-sweet chocolate on top of the peanut butter/white chocolate mixture. Go ahead and use all of the semi-sweet chocolate!
Then take a fork or knife and lightly swirl the semi-sweet chocolate into the peanut butter/white chocolate. *Careful not to mix it, other wise it will not have the marbled (Tiger) look to it.
Let it cool in the fridge for an hour, then cut and serve. (Suggestion: Do not cut the Tiger butter until right before you serve, otherwise the edges might get a little dry- kind of like fudge)
ENJOY!

Yummy!!!! :) I will attempt to make this real soon
