Water anyone?

Tim and I sent this e-mail to the woman at our school who takes care of our house issues, along with sending it to our CFO. 

We had sent an email on Monday, but apparently it still hasn't been taken care of. So on Saturday, we decided to really figure things out which is when this e-mail went out....

So this has been our lives the past week(first week back after Christmas break).

Do you know if the landlord ever came by to check on our kitchen sink? 

The reason I ask is because it is still leaking...badly. Any water, or other liquids that go down our sink (either side) ends up coming out on the floor. There is a small gap in the floor boards below the sink to the right. This seems to be where the majority of the water is coming out. We have food catchers in our sinks, but sometimes, little pieces get into the drain. Those small pieces are also coming out with the water onto the floor. We are currently cleaning up the kitchen area (by doing dishes in the bathtub). In doing so, Tim found what looks to be mold already forming in the gap where the water comes out. 

Out of concern for health, Tim just took off the floor board below the sink, to see if he could see what was going on. Along with trying to get rid of the bad smell.  In doing so, we found that the drain to our sink doesn't go anywhere!! So anything that goes down the drain just goes straight to the floor! This has caused water to go underneath our flooring .  Tim is not moving anything under the sink, he is just trying to clean up any standing water to try to get rid of the smell. We also found there to be a random decent sized concrete rock underneath the sink along with other indications of a "lazy/poor" construction job.     

We are refraining from using our kitchen sink at all,

Please advise us on what we should do.

Also, this is not a priority issue, like the one above, but I have a question about our washing machine. Every time we use it, water comes up from the drain on our bathroom floor and from the drain in the laundry room (or the hole in the floor where the pipe leads to).. It then leaves a puddle for a while, which eventually runs back down the drain. Is this supposed to happen? It has happened ever since last year when they came and fixed something.
