I am getting ready for bed now, as you wake up and begin your holiday. I hope you enjoy the yummie foods!!!! I am waking up tomorrow to have a full day of cooking for 5 people plus cleaning the house, for Val is staying with us this weekend. Then we will have our Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow evening (7:30ish) with Val and another couple from the school; Brian and Lindsey. I am making a bunch of sides (as close to the ones we usually have as possible) and we will eat roasted chicken (because Turkey is hard to find and expensive)! I am excited :) We plan on watching football (or what games we can find online) and enjoying each other's company.
I will be sure to take pictures and let everyone know how it goes!
We miss you and are excited that the next holiday we will be by your side!
I am thankful for the opportunities God has provided for us since we have been here in Seoul (mentoring students, getting to know staff, getting a lot of time with Timmy, experiences around the city, etc). Thankful that He has continually provided all that we need! Thankful that He knows me/my heart better than I do.
Timmy is thankful for, and constantly reminded of, the fact that the importance of our physical possessions pale in comparison to our relationship with our Heavenly Provider.
I love you and I am also excited about you being HERE for the next holiday. I am Thankful for my special daughter and son in law. Love you! MOM
